At VibeCharge, we stand behind the quality of our innovative tech and safety products, from our 240W fast-charging cables to our SecureShield barriers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your 240W cable or SecureShield gate arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo evidence.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any confirmed manufacturing defects at no extra cost to you.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.

4. "Sold Out" Items

  • If a product is marked as "Sold Out" on our store, you may contact us to be notified when inventory is replenished.

  • If an order was placed just as an item became unavailable, we will issue a full refund immediately.
